What is the length of term for storage?
It is a monthly rolling contract with a minimum of 30 days. Please give us a month’s notice.
What is the size of units you have available?
20ft containers (168 square ft )
Do you have access to my unit?
No, not without specific written instructions from yourself to do so.
Can you take delivery of goods for me?
No, unfortunately we are unable to provide this service
When can I move in?
Immediately, provided you have signed the contract and paid the first months rent and setup fee up front.
Is there anything that I can’t store?
Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, wet or damp items or any other material of a potentially dangerous nature; plants, birds, fish, animals, or any other living creatures; food or perishable goods; any item likely to produce a noxious odour; gas bottles, combustable or any inflammable substances, anywhere within the container or on the site.
What about Insurance
We insure our containers against normal insurance risks outside our control such as fire and
explosion. You will need to insure your contents that are stored within the container.
